Your feedback is vital for improved connectivity in our region.
We know digital connectivity in our region can be challenging, particularly in certain areas. Now is your opportunity to have your say and contribute to future connectivity improvements for our region.
Singleton Council is working in consultation with Hunter Valley Wine Tourism Association and Cessnock City Council to understand the challenges from all businesses across our region.
Take this survey now to share your experiences and issues related to high speed internet and mobile blackspots across our regions, and ensure your voice is heard.
WHY COMPLETE THE SURVEY?
This survey will help identify blackspots and areas where high speed internet issues need to be addressed.
The output of this survey will aid the development of needs mapping, blackspots and information that will support advocacy for connectivity change with NBN and Telstra.
It will also be used to support connectivity improvement submissions and funding applications that will be made in the coming months.
Singleton Council supports this survey. Please take the time to complete this survey to ensure your feedback is included and that we hear from as many Singleton businesses as possible.
We encourage you to complete this survey as soon as possible - by 6 September 2021 latest, to ensure submission and funding application deadlines are met.
Please pass onto other locals and your neighbours too.
